Carbohydrate loading or glycogen loading is a sport physiological-nutritional term for “charging” your muscle with carbs (=glycogen). Maxxtreme Ethyl Ester Creatine or CEE or CE2 is thé new sensation in the field of creatine supplementation. Creatine Ethyl Esters functioning however, differs from Creatine monohydrates functioning in two significant ways.
