Recommended use: 1 - 2 servings per day. Do not take it if you are pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic. Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening, consume within 3 days. Do not freeze. Best served chilled. Shake well before use.
